I had a horrendous experience with SOS Locksmith. My car keys were accidentally locked inside the car at 10 pm, so we called them, and they promised a 15-minute arrival time and quoted a price range of $60-90 for the service. However, we ended up waiting for a whopping 2 hours in the cold before Tom, their staff, finally showed up. Not only was he incredibly rude, but it was evident he had no clue about cars.To add insult to injury, Tom arbitrarily decided to hike the price to $150, citing that it was a "new car" without providing any reasonable explanation for the price difference in the procedure. Despite the absurdity of the situation, we agreed to pay, desperate to get out of the cold. However, upon completing the same procedure they apparently do for every car, he demanded an additional $29 for the service call, which was never mentioned before.When we refused to pay the extra charge and called their office, their response was equally appalling. They insisted we should pay whatever their staff said, completely disregarding any sense of customer service or integrity. Eventually, we caved and paid the exorbitant fee, feeling utterly cheated and robbed. To top it all off, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, Tom had the audacity to laugh in our faces. This level of unprofessionalism and exploitation is utterly unacceptable. Avoid SOS Locksmith at all costs unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and treated with disdain.
I've used their service first time and happy to say that Its really customer driven. They came really quick and unlocked my car in a matter of 10 seconds. Prices are reasonable and worthy. Would recommend to everyone who is in seek of lock smith service.
Ron and Amit were the two young men who came out to help me get into my home. The house and door were very old and they had to remove the whole lock mechanism from the outside. They worked for over an hour to get the whole lock out without damaging the door and then went and replaced the lock with a new one. They were very pleasant and careful and did an excellent job. I will definitely use their services again if needed and will recommend them to friends and family.Thanks a lot guys.
