If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to his place of business and it was empty (I should have seen the red flag), so dummy me I called made an appointment. He sent a guy to my house, mind you he was well equip., but he could not make the key. A few hours later he came he said his name is Mo, (another red flag) so Mo made the key it worked while he was here but after he left it has not worked since. I called him he said he was coming to fix he did not show up so I text him he said he was running late but he would be here around 3:30pm, so many 3:30pm's has come and left I have not seen or heard from him since. I contacted BBB he does not even answer them, and filing at Small Claims court cost more than what I paid him. So Mo you got me.
The man came before the scheduled time frame which is nice. But otherwise than that not a good experience. The inspection fee is more than $100 just to come and look at your lock (Which they don't tell you that over the phone). The guy just kept trying to oversell, when we just wanted a new lock. Definitely way over priced for a lock and will definitely not use again.
I have never experienced such a unprofessional service.I was told that the service call will be 165 which includes 1st hour.When technician arrived he informed me the following.Service charge $165Opening a luck $295 plus time plus $20Etc.He could not open the door so he drilled it open. It took all together 15 minutes.I was told he will charge me additional $395 to put a new cylinder and when he came to bill me he said he can give me discount if I pay cash and will wave tax.I said there is no sakes tax on labor and he said oh sorry I made a mistake and give you a $ 20 discount.What a joke. I always try to use local service to support them but will never use them again.
CLOSED - Went here yesterday at 11AM (1hr after supposed opening). No one was there, lights were off, sign on the door also said they open at 10AM like Google does. Called twice. Nothing. Business might have gone under, who knows, don't waste your time, or at least call before. Learn from my mistake!
WORST place ever and very unprofessional. I originally started my door/lock replacement 9/18/19 and to date I am still trying get it completed. They originally showed up and installed my purchase and did not put all of the screes in because they did not want to drill another hole, but if they would have placed the correct order, it would have fit with the holes already in my door. They were supposed to reorder something that would fit the holes in my door and the order was supposedly lost in the mail so they had to reorder it. They were not good at providing status and always say they are coming and don’t show up. I’ve take off work twice and they reschedule or just don’t show up. I have now requested a reverse charge in my credit card I would not recommend under any circumstances. I understand stuff happens, but they could still have been better at communicating instead of just always leaving me waiting and wondering.
