Absolutely terrible experience with them, BEWARE! i called them for a simple lockout service, technician calls me and states he is 10 minutes away, wonderful. The man arrives to unlock the car and then proceeds to tell me it’s going to cost me 420 dollars!!!! Not to even mention 125 dollars was already on the bill before touching the car for the service call. With a waiting family and kids i was not able to say well we will call and wait for the next guy. Five minutes and 30 seconds does not even close to make sence for a bill of 420 dollars. Absolutely disgusted at beyond over market prices, do yourself a favor and call someone else. This is not the place to call.

Key me locksmiths kiosk is a Convince for me ,as I finished my grocery shopping I needed to make a spare key. It's a few dollars more but saved me time from going from one place to another. Quick and easy

I love how they have a location nearby to where I lived. The kiosk was easy to follow, the prices were reasonable and they have different options for decorations for the keys. They can copy key fobs from your car, house, and also ID’s. Overall, I would def come back to get copies of my keys. Oh and they store your key virtually in their system so if you ever get locked out, type in your phone number in their system and you’ll get a brand new one.

This place has a physical address of Safeway supermarket. I called to get a key made and the number was to someone in LA county. Then was transferred to someone "local" who doesn't duplicate keys.

it’s sketchy, predatory highway robbery. Call AAA instead. You’ll be given a range, wait nearly an hour, and then upon arrival they’ll demand the upper range or you can wait another hour for a more honest solution. True story!

At first they charged $350 but then lowered it to $229. Got the door open but is way too expensive. If I was given the option I would give it zero stars. Last time I got my door open they charged $160 which was more reasonable.

Amazing customer service. I had multiple keys made, but the machine blanks were the wrong kind. They sent an email survey where I explained the problem and was given a refund for the failed keys. Definitely helped me not lose faith in those kiosks. Will go back for a first attempt if I need keys made again.

I locked my keys in my trunk and the person who came to help me get my car unlocked was very professional and communicated with me when he was about a minute away to confirm my exact location. He was able to efficiently get my door unlocked while keeping a nice pleasant attitude the whole time.

I had the worst experience with this company. I called because I wanted to compare prices for electronic key . I was told that he could not give me a price over the phone and that the locksmith would need to see my car and key first. When the locksmith arrived he looked at my key and tried to open my car with it. The light was blinking but my car would not respond to key. I was told that it would definitely need to be replaced. The cost according to him was $300 and up to be replaced and programmed. I told him that I wouldn’t use him service because he had given me a higher price than the other locksmith I called. He then told me that I still needed to give him $29 for a service call. The company had mentioned nothing about a fee for a quote. This company is trying to take advantage of women who know nothing about cars. The dispatch later called me and requested $ 29 from. I asked to speak to his supervisor because he had not mentioned a service fee and I told him I am only asking for the price and not looking for a service. He refused to get his supervisor and hung up. Fortunately my friend came to the rescue and my key was not broken as the locksmith said but my car battery needed to be replaced. This company is not honest with customers and the locksmiths are professional grifters.

Super good quality key. I've never had a key shipped after putting my key in a kiosk, usually I just get the key then and there but this one in particular was not in stock in the kiosk. It was an NFL one and the deal was too good not to try it. It came super fast and my husband loves his new key. We tested it to make sure it works and it totally does.
