Jackson was great. They were able to rekey ~10 locks at our new home and even were able to provide us a skeleton key for an antique furniture piece. The work was reasonably priced; team was on time and very respectful and professional.
Great service and communication. My key was very hard to source and the locksmith did an excellent job. Thank you so much!
I had the pleasure of meeting Ray yesterday morning as promised at 8 AM. I needed a copy made of an ATV key so I have a backup in case of loss. So many locksmiths are tied up in online networks these days, and they all seem to want to charge you $100 for mobile service, which I did not need. A locksmith in Lewiston refused to use the blank key I purchased directly from Kawasaki even though it was original equipment quality. She claimed that it would ruin her machine so I had to purchase another blank from them. Fat chance! Ray was very friendly and took care of my key copy project quickly and easily, charging me a very reasonable $3. Thank goodness I found Ray, and I appreciate his friendly attitude toward serving customers. Other locksmiths could learn from Ray....
I manage a retail store and we needed a new safe installed. These gentlemen were so professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. You can’t go wrong with a family owned business. There is PRIDE in the work they do, and these gentlemen truly went above and beyond! If you need any type of service that they provide, definitely do your business with them. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks again for all the hard work, y’all are hugely appreciated!!
Went here because I had a broken key that was my only copy of that key. They cut me a new key and then went above and beyond in their service to make the experience smooth and pain free. While I hope to not need to come back, if I'm ever in a situation where I need a locksmith again I'll definitely be returning to Brunswick lock & Key.
