Made 5 keys from 3 different keys. The process was confusing and therefore I spent much more than I needed to spend and got duplicate keys - that don't work - that I didn't need. The directions are really too minimal. Three keys are junk. At $4 a key, that's a joke. I won't ever use this machine again. I'll drive extra to go to Ace Hardware next time where I can have a person make my keys for me.
