Mark and Danny Jr. are really nice guys and very helpful. Today in the bitter cold our car refused to unlock in a parking lot. Mark happened to be in the same lot and we asked if he could help us. He gave us his card and told us to call Danny at the shop. Danny was able to get us into the car. I would definitely recommend this company as they are efficient, friendly, and quick to respond.
So, after going to a couple of other places,I was familiar with, I went to where my friend directed me to go in the first place: Advanced Lock and Key. The first place I went to didn't do the type of car key I needed. The second? Closed.I'd never gone to Advanced before, which was why I was reluctant. Boy, I wish I'd listened to my friend from the beginning. Dan did a fantastic job, not only in making the keys, but in programming them too. Nice guy and you better believe Advanced will be my FIRST choice from now on.
I have never once wrote a review on a company or even a product before this is my first time. My house was built in the 1874 so my locks from my doors are from the same time. I lost the key to the front door. I went in today not expecting to have a new key when I left but I have 2 now!!! I was beyond happy and grateful to the gentleman that help me. He was very knowledgeable about the lock assembly and to be honest quite shocked to see it. He was able to get a skeleton key to work. He also took the lock assembly apart, to do a once over on the internal parts and then he lubed everything up. On top of that he also gave my son a piece of candy and a bag full of unused (for free)!! My son is so exited he’s got keys now like dad. He did all this and the work and only changed me $20 total for two keys. I can’t express the relief I feel now cause I finally have keys for the door. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I live in Elma area and for me he’s worth the drive. I will be returning soon to have him make a spare key for my other skeleton key lock. Thank you sir for this. My son locked his keys in his piggy bank safe. They opened it in probably two seconds and I was in and out. Great local business. Would highly recommend. Go Bills!!!
