Customer feedback often notes quick, convenient copies from the kiosk, with several reviewers reporting accurate cuts that worked immediately. Some reviews mention occasional miscuts or keys that were tight, along with mixed experiences reaching support. Shoppers appreciate the design options and the ability to distinguish keys. A few note that certain mailbox or uncommon keys may not be supported.
Doesn't seem like the copies were very good as it is very difficult for the key to open or close the door lock and I have no problem with the original.
This is just some really good use of digital technology: it scans your key's teeth and then makes a cut based on the digital scanning results, which works remarkably well. Really believe it is more accurate than the one from manual cutting at Canadian Tire.It is slightly pricier, but does provide different designs (really just some wrap around the metal), which is very useful as I need to distinguish it from my other keys.
Not at all happy with the service. The copied keys doesn't work and after reaching the customer care via email there are no response to my concern. I don't know what to do next, should have gone to a proper show instead of depending on a machine, atleast could have asked someone for help at the shop.
I duplicated my key last week, i chose a good looking design but I wasn't expecting much more than a duplicate key. I was concerned when I saw the product. It was very good looking but it looked like the quality was better than the original key. I said unfortunately because better quality might mean the key won't work cos it felt thicker than the original. Well, it's been a week and it's working perfectly no issues at all. I will definitely make a duplicate of my other keys too.
Use this lock cutting service at the entrance at Walmart and it worked perfect for my front door key.I did try to get a mailbox key cut but it isn't in their system so most people will not be allowed to get their mailbox key if needed
