We called Dion because a lock on an antique piece of furniture had gotten stuck in the lock position. A day later Brian arrived. He was polite and professional and within about 20mins had the lock opened and diagnosed the problem. We appreciate Dion’s prompt, professional service and would recommend them! A+.

I spoke to this company a month ago and warned them about an unstable co owner of a property I’m renting and how was threatening to break in, they assured me the don’t get involved in those matters and not to worry. Today, one of the employees attempted to break in to my rental for a half hour and I have my ring video where he is laughing about us telling him the police will be called. When I reached out to the owner they said they never got out of the van.. I’ve used this company in the past so this is very upsetting. The employee literally laughs every single time and says “I guess they’re calling the cops” and acts like it’s just a big joke while he proceeds to try to break through the locked door.. the police came and the man who hired them ended up with a no trespass.

I recently went to get some keys copied, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they made my copies very quickly. I had four keys made, and it only cost me $10, which was a fair price for the convenience. They actually make keys for many different things, not just standard house keys, which is super helpful. Overall, a great experience with good staff and fast service. Would definitely recommend if you need keys copied in a hurry!
