Great to the point work and on a quick schedule. Recently a company vehicle had been broken into and keys were stolen along other items. We needed the locks changed on two man-doors at our office. Someone was out the afternoon that I called and had a new set of 9 keys ready for us for the changed locks within an hour or so. I appreciate the quick response and will use them if need at my personal residence in the future.
I was changing out a metal door on a commercial building. Once I had the door off I found out I was in over my head when it came to the lock. I called Jorgensen Lock, and Eddie answered the phone. I explained my situation to him and sent a couple of pictures. Minutes later he had walked me through exactly what needed to be done.
