We had an issue with a lost key, and they sent Avi out. He was on time, friendly, courteous, ethical, and professional. And, most important, he got the lock OPEN! I'd call Tick Tock again. In a heartbeat!
Nate came to my new house and setup some new locks to match the front door. He arrived short notice and provided excellent service. Great deal! I called few locksmiths to fix the lock on our store. no one was able to help us. Eventually i found Tick Tock, they send Michael he came the same day and was able to get it to lock again. Overall great service.
