A-1 Always Affordable Always Available Locksmiths

I was having problems with the key fob on my vehicle and took it to the dealership as and given an obscene cost to replace same. Went to Always Affordable Locksmiths on Macleod trail this morning as their quoted cost was much more reasonable. The technician checked out the fob, confirmed it was not working, then went outside to check things out. He then tinkered with 5he fob again for 2 minutes and managed to get it working again. No cost to me as they did not need to program a new fob. Very friendly and pleasant and competent staff. 10:out of 10 service.

I used Always Affordable Locksmiths to re-key my house. using my old Weisser Bolts. The staff were professional and extremely competent. They knew I was going to try to install them myself so they coached me on where I might have difficulty. At home when I tried to do the installation, after 2 hrs of frustrating struggles I requested a technician to complete the work. He came to my home within the designated time window and completed the task in about 20 minutes including adjusting the doors for better opening and closing. The value provided surpasses the cost.

I have a push button lock and there is something stucked inside so it’s not locking. I came here to see if we can fix it or have a replacement and the guy inside said we are not GOD we can’t fix everything. I said maybe you have a replacement he said I don’t know what is this for !! Unbelievable you are almost 70 years old man and you are working in a lock store !!! I explained to him twice a regular push button . If I was him I will a little bit more polite with customers who needs help. Worth to know!

Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I contacted this company because the door in my home was broken. They sent a technician who barely inspected the issue before exaggerating the problem and claiming it would take a full week to fix. It felt like he was more interested in inflating costs than actually solving the problem. Since my door wouldn’t close and my home was not secure, I had no choice but to fix it myself. I took the lock to Home Depot and purchased the required part for only $10, proving that this was a simple fix and did not require a week-long repair. Despite providing no real service, they still charged me $50 just for the visit and even tried to add additional unnecessary charges. To make matters worse, the manager spoke to me in an aggressive and rude manner, which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service was completely lacking. I strongly do NOT recommend this company. Save your time, money, and energy and find a business that is honest, respectful, and professional.

My mom needed another car key to be able to lock her car while it’s started and after getting a fob from somewhere else that did not lock the car came here just for the key itself. They made the key on the spot under 10 minutes and even came out to the car to make sure it worked. Now my mom has a double key and she is so happy ??
