I had a car lock itself put while i was replacing the battery. Call them, brother came in 20 minutes, figure it out it 2 seconds. Quick, easy, super cordial. They were so concerned about the car and the freak locking that they even examined the lock hole. Turns out my original car key was re keyed at some point without my knowledge. They fixed it for me. Just excellent service all around. Easy 5/5

These guys are a lifesaver! Locked the keys in my Honda Pilot (with the spare also sitting in my bag inside of the car - just my luck). Called these guys, someone responded right away and someone was over at my place within the hour, as promised (and this is during rush hour, mind you). The locksmith Alex (as seen in photo) got my car open within a matter of minutes without causing any damage or malfunctions in alarm/electronics system. I was very surprised and am super satisfied with the service provided. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and cost effective automotive locksmith service. They cut me a Volkswagen key for my 2018 Ford escape, they damaged my door handle, broke my ignition, taped it back together and hid it, lied about hours spent on the job that was done at a dealership with multiple witnesses at the dealership and then tried to blame a future locksmith I hired even though his work was witnessed too.My conversation with the company was just as delightful as the quality of their work. Ownership was combative and trying to deflect any wrong doing or the job in total on others, completely unwilling to let me talk or listen when he did afford me the chance to talk.I would not recommend this company to anyone. The work was done incredibly slow at a pathetic level of quality with a poor attitude.P.S.
