Lock Surgeon

The employee was great, but the pricing is absolute daylight robbery. Brought in a ignition for a bike to them and was quoted 185+ tax for them to make a key for it and $40 every additional key. Drove down 10 mins to ability lock and safe and walked out with two keys for $26. Hopefully these guys restructure their pricing especially for items brought in their store, I could justify $185 if it was a mobile call.

Tory was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond to help me get my truck back on the road! He fixed my ignition, door locks and even freed up a seized starter so I could drive home! With a kind gift no less! Would recommend to anyone

Was great. Store was super clean. The two techs working were a huge help one was named Brandon. I have called everywhere trying to get a copy of a cylinder key and no one touches them. These guys made it in like 2 minutes. Key works great as is should. I was very impressed

Today, I went to get a duplicate of my mailbox key. I soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who was very helpful in answering a few questions I had regarding my car keys. He was a very helpful professional and prompt to get my mailbox key, which was my reason for being there today. My only concern was the pricing. I found it a bit much for a small key ( $22.00 ). Thankfully, I was given a discount today, but I still found the original price to be a bit much. I do understand today's economy, but still too much. Thank you, Brandon F. You were absolutely kind, helpful, and have awesome customer service skills. Joanne ??
