Marty is a saint and a gentleman. My street door lock was no longer working with my key, and he took the trip out fix it. He showed up PERFECTLY on time, gave it a look, basically squirted a drop or two of WD40 into the mechanism, didn't make me feel dumb at all for not trying that myself (d'un, which I totally should have done, obviously), and didn't charge me a thing.
