Reviews mention mixed outcomes on key accuracy: many report successful copies for basic house and mail keys, while some note poor fit or keys that did not work. Several comments cite difficulty reaching phone support, though some customers received prompt refunds by email. Pricing is described as moderate, with occasional notes about unclear on-screen pricing. Overall sentiment reflects convenience with variable results depending on key type.
Tried to copy two keys, the machine did not recognise the first one, and for the second one charged me but the machine did not output a key. Tried to call to get refunded but the number does not work and gives the impression of a choice just to give back an error message.
Worked for me.I opted for the "super cut" or whatever it's called. I was scared when the copies were missing teeth, but they did actually work.I copied three kinds of keys (mail key, deadbolt key, door key?).Mail and deadbolt keys were fine.Door keys weren't as good (gummy, have to jostle around), but they did work.It was about $11 per basic brass key. I think there's a buy 2 get 1 free deal.Takes a few minutes to cut each key. From start to finish I think I was there less than half an hour for 7 keys.
Got a key copied here, and it does not work (does not turn the lock). The key is clearly a poorer quality than the original. I will try the nearby hardware store next.Edit: they were at least quick in issuing a refund, so I'll give three stars for that.
Needed 3 keys for 2 different locks. The first one worked perfectly for 1 lock. The second lock I needed 2 keys for and neither works. It's clear that the machine left an outdent on the end of the key that is making it not fit into the key slot. Poor quality. I gave the machine my email and also did not receive a receipt for my order. Poor communications. I tried to call the phone number listed but it doesn't even work. Overall very disappointed in this service and do not plan to use again. I've added a photo of the key where it clearly is protruding incorrectly
Nice and easy to duplicate house keys. Kiosk located inside 7-eleven so I was in and out in 10 minutes or so.Pricing was more obscured than I'd like. No summary screen or equivalent which seems ripe for abuse, but my receipt via email after the fact showed about $25 for 4 keys. Not bad
