Steve from Blanchard Security came out to Millstream Self Storage to troubleshoot our system and install new keypads for our entry/exit gates, as well as connect the door status boards.He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue, and was able to get the old keypads responding while troubleshooting the system. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the process. What initially seemed like a complicated problem was quickly identified and resolved thanks to his expertise.Steve than offered to attemp the install of new keypads, with sucess he smoothly installed and everything was fully set up and working before he left. We have been with Blanchard Security now since November. Our switch from another provider was seamless and instantaneous. The great part about being with Blanchard is the service...very timely and complete. We even have the option of going to their office here in Campbell River if need be...very convenient and quick. Dan helped us last week with a quick reply to a service problem we were experiencing...although over the phone, it seemed to resolve itself, his call came back within 1/2 hour of my call in to report the error message.
