Key works perfect. I'll stop there anytime and get my copy made. I got a key made at the Walmart lol service not listed.

Brian Blackwell

Quick scan of the key and cutting. The keys work great.

Kelle Kennerly

Easy to use kiosk inside Sam's Club. Took about 10 minutes total to get 3 keys copied. Has savings offers available during the ordering process that I took advantage of.

Serenity Jones

My key didnt end up working the machine made a little mark indent so it wont turn in my lock....Have had keys made before though and they work great first time Ive had an issue

Heather Carson

The key works and that's great just sorry to see yet more jobs being took away from humans

Alexis Dean

Do not call them. They will give your number out to so many spam companies that it is ridiculous. I've been getting nonstop calls since we called them to ask about their lockout services.

Nicaela Prestwood

I would’ve liked to know that the key I picked. Like color option wasn’t available and had to be mailed to me. It does tell you after I went back and made another key. Should be like bright red or flash. Could barely see. But yeah I bought two keys because I didn’t see that. I have one being mailed to me and then made another plain one right then and there because I needed it asap.

Just needed another key for my front door so I'd have a spare. The key they made is so not fitting in the lock let alone locking or unlocking the door. ????

Yvonne

The keys are not working consistently. I have to try numerous times to get them to work. Cannot give them to family members. Went to hardware store to have them remade, they worked perfectly. Not happy with KeyMe. So sorry…,

Kyle Bourne (The Big Dog)

It was simple enough. There was a buy two get one free deal going on. I picked two sports teams keys and a brass one, i received 2 brass instead.... But they work!

Mindy Suarez

The keys don't really work. There's a lot of finagling and force needing used to unlock the door. It's a simple key. Also the card reader took a few tries. And it seems like a huge pain in the butt to get another key made and return these rather than just a One-Stop get a key made and be done

It's was simple to follow instructions (wish the speaker was a little louder for voice instructions) however, written instructions were easy to follow, it was inexpensive as far as keys I had to get reproduced in the past, and not time consuming at all. The key worked perfect when I got home. I would recommend using KeyMe to all.

Thought I was calling the Local business somewhere I could come to to get a car key made.the person only thing they cared about was getting my address and when I wouldn’t give it to them, they became rude and hung up the phone on me and before hanging up told me if I will not give them my address there is no business to be done. I’m very confused what type of sketchy business is this? I thought I was calling your business that I could drive up to hand a person my key and get a copy made. Not calling some outsourced warehouse that was just gonna scout around for any old locksmith. I could do that myself.

Locked my keys in my car mon 3pm. Came out within the hour. $40 for service call, $150 for unlock, almost $200 with cc fee added on. Came out quickly, friendly, and unlocked my car which I liked. But $200 seems high?

I did not complete a service with this company, but their customer service was excellent! A technician responded to me very quick. My questions were answered thoroughly. Jonathon the tech was very helpful and professional! I ended up doing my own work, but appreciated their immediate service in case I wanted to go that route. Thank you!

This is a call center. They forwarded me to supposedly a locksmith and the call was dropped. I called back and they said someone will call me back and no one ever did. UPDATE: we did get a return call from a locksmith, however the fee was more than we wanted to pay. Within the next hour I received 5 phone calls from the call center wanting to negotiate a lower rate (pushy sales). For us it was less hassle to stay in a hotel for the night as we would have access to a key the next morning.

I had the worst experience with this company placed an order and was told they would be there within 30. 2 hrs later after having the run around they told usthat our order was canceled. I then replaced the order again and was told they would be there within 30 minutes about 2 hrs later I received a call telling,me they had no tech in the area and would not be coming after all. We had to find another company and we did and within 30 minutes we were back in our home. Dont use this company you will be sorry just like I was. Karen
