Lockout service used. Very clear on price $150. Technician called about time to arrive, 20 minutes. Called back after 40 minutes to say another 5 minutes because of traffic. After quickly opening car, tried to add on another (service call charge) of $60. Then started to argue (he didn't tell you). Nope. Not paying another $60.Follow up, contacted management. Offered a $40 refund, "change the review first". No apologies made. I would not use them again.
