Technician came within 15 minutes & also helped me deal with scammer who had showed up! If you’re locked out definitely go with this company versus a third-party contractor. Very reasonably priced!
We've called Pop-A-Lock 3 times. Each time they tell us a locksmith will call us back with details on a car FOB replacement and they never do. Good luck with this one.
Great people! They arrived at the location within 10-15 minutes. It only took them a few minutes to make a new key. They even gave me a spare one (to unlock the car doors) for free! Highly recommend.
I have been without my car for 10 days as of today. I called around to about 10 different places and out of all the places that I called Pop a lock was the only service place I would recommend because not only they were quick and efficient but they were friendly and polite. Both the gentleman that tried last night and the gentleman tonight tried to get my car unlocked. The gentleman that I got my car unlocked today his name is Mark. Mark went above and beyond when trying to reprogram my key being as though My car had a new ignition put in so the key was not matching up with the program. He was finally able to figure out what year and country my car is key was made in and get my car up and running today after me not having it for 10 days. Thank you so much to both Papa lock and Mark for your amazing service.
I called and was given a 60 minute wait time. 75 minutes later I called and they had no record of my call. They gave to apology and no compensation for the time lost. Time that I spend locked out of my car with a 2 year old in 90 degree weather. They put no rush to correct the issue and told me the new wait would be another 50 minutes. I will not use or trust this service in the future
