I just called and a lady picked up and ask me for an address was not professional at all once I gave her the address she said sorry I can’t help you. And hung up on me. I would never contact this company again, and I will let everybody know how professional they are

Made keys twice. They didn't work, and the coupon code they provided after the first one failed didn't work either. Horrible

I got 3 keys from the Lowe's kiosk for my house and none of them worked. This is the second time it happens. The first time I thought well, it could be a problem on my key but it happened again in a different key.

Moved into this place 2 years ago and only one of the keys the sellers left worked. Heading on vacation and would like the neighbors to watch the place so got three keys made. Perfect fit, even better than the old one that was working. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with keys I purchased at one of their kiosks. Called and received a credit on my account same day. Things happen, but very few businesses are this responsive to their customers. Good job Minute Keys. Oh and I tried a different kiosk and had functional keys in a minute.

Found one of these Key machines at Walmart and had a key made in under 5 minutes. You can choose a design if you want or just get a regular copy of your key for no more than $5 ?? takes cash or card!

MinuteKey is fast and easy to do, however make sure you have $4 because Lowe’s employees will not give you change for a bigger bill.
