I just called and a lady picked up and ask me for an address was not professional at all once I gave her the address she said sorry I can’t help you. And hung up on me. I would never contact this company again, and I will let everybody know how professional they are
Made keys twice. They didn't work, and the coupon code they provided after the first one failed didn't work either. Horrible
I got 3 keys from the Lowe's kiosk for my house and none of them worked. This is the second time it happens. The first time I thought well, it could be a problem on my key but it happened again in a different key.
Moved into this place 2 years ago and only one of the keys the sellers left worked. Heading on vacation and would like the neighbors to watch the place so got three keys made. Perfect fit, even better than the old one that was working. Highly recommend.
