Went after i didnt find another locksmith at their location. We were greeted and helped immediately. I had a key that needed a new housing and a key i needed cut, both for a mid 2000s Scion. I was told that these keys were especially tricky and that it wasnt uncommon for them to not work after an initial cut and require additional adjustments. Both keys worked perfectly after only the initial cut. I would definitely recommend

I bought a new doorknob that had the key going in upside down and I knew would drive me crazy. I called and they told me to come in instead of having a service guy drive to my house and they could do it for free if I came in! I really appreciated the honesty!! They were able to fix my doorknob in 5 min. Very happy - will definitely call them again for future lock / key issues!

The gentleman who greeted me at the door (Daniel) was so polite. I asked him if he help me with opening a small gun case. I lost the lock to it. I did tell him to be careful because it was a loaded gun in it but the safety was on. It took no time to open the case. I would definitely tell anyone that needs a locksmith? He would be the one I recommend. ??

Ernest “Ernie” Parker on Apex Lock and Key Locksmith

I had a great experience yesterday at Apex Lock and Key. I needed two key fob replacements cut and programmed for a vehicle with only one key. They laser cut my keys, then programmed them, all in about 15 minutes. The store was clean, well organized, and had comfortable seating while I waited. I was offered a bottle of water while I waited, which I did not expect. In chatting with the store manager, he learned that I was an Army veteran and gave me a military discount. My new keys work perfectly, and I saved more than 80 percent off of what the Chevy dealer wanted to cut and program the keys. All in all, I had an outstanding experience and offer my highest recommendation for Apex Lock and Key.

Our front doorknob and lock mechanism finally gave up the ghost very dramatically. I called Apex Lock and Key and spoke with John, who quickly scheduled his locksmith Juan Rubiano to come out and do the job. Since we had both front and back doors on the same key, I asked if Juan could replace them both and he was able to do so for a reasonable price, no additional appointment needed. Juan was thorough and professional. He had to do some drilling to replace the strike plates on both doors and he vacuumed up the wood dust as carefully as if he were in his own home. I feel much more secure with new Schlage locks on both of our doors, and I expect them to easily outlast the builder grade locks that came with our house. From the first phone call to the finished installation, working with Apex Lock and Key was a pleasure. I recommend them to everyone!
