Made three keys and none of them worked
Very easy to copy keys. Can do it while grocery shopping. Keys have always worked, exact match. Better value than going to a hardware store.
Didn't recognize the key the first few tries, but eventually made 3 copies that all work well.
The key did not work which is weird because they key I used for a copy worked but not this recent one?? this usually works
I had called them to get my car unlocked because they were the closest lock smith service near me in Picacho Peak at the dairy queen rest stop. I had called and gotten good service on the initial call. The issue came when we waited for a technician to contact us for an hour and 10 minutes. At this point we decided to call and get an ETA with customer service. Customer service rudely told us that there was not a technician near by and our request had been canceled, then hung up on us. We never got a notification about this information. It was an hour of our time wasted where we could have reached out to another company. I am not happy at all and would not recommend anyone use this company if you value your time.
