I needed help to get my key fob working again on my Camry after dropping it on pavement & having issues. Took it to LeDuffs and Brandon checked it out & put new batteries in on the spot as well as found pieces I had lost on the key fob & replaced them as well. I’m back in business!!!Brandon was kind, knowledgeable, professional and quick & assured me my issue was an easy fix…and the price was more than fair!!! I got their business cards to give to my family & friends. I know where to go if I need help with locks, batteries, etc. Check them out!!! Re: Noted you said it's not easy, but not impossible here. I was bluntly told that it wasn't possible for him to pick it. Never mentioned to me when I dropped it off that Kia was difficult. I could have already ordered a new part and it been on the way had I not been given false hope the two times I've communicated to your business.If you are no longer concerned with the struggles of your customers, IE me getting a stranded elderly woman back on the road ASAP, then you're no better than the average corporate business.Also it's not that hard to mention any special days you'll be closed while a customer is on the phoneAlso this was the last communication I've gotten, heard nothing afterwards when he said he'd look into why the other employee gave up on it, so I'm sticking with my negative review and will no longer do anymore business with them. --(Original review) -> They have done good work for me in the past but now I'm seeing new people there and this was the first time they have said they can't pick an automotive lock.They all took vacation it seems and I wasted another trip down there to find them closed.Sucks that everything is going downhill around me ??
Had them do a rekey service on all of my doors at home a few months ago and they exceeded my expectations. Pricing was fair, service was quick, and they were very friendly!
I was stuck at a gas station with my keys locked in the car. Brandon just happened to be there pumping gas, saw me struggling to unlock my car, and helped me out no questions asked. These are great people working for this company! Highly recommend!
