I called this lock installer based on great ratings from other customers. And I too give them a 5 Star! The lady that took my service order was very polite and knowledgeable. I did not expect same day service but that is what they offered me. The tech service gentleman Miguel was prompt, took off my old broken door handle and replaced it with a shiny new one. Just had Mitch over from Anderson Lock & Safe to have brand new American Security safe delivered AND installed…Mitch was on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! Dan the older gentleman is an angry person, acts like he hates his job as well as talks to you like your to stupid to understand anything.My job is to shop around for potential companies that we may consider to handle all our Keys, Locks etc…. for Malls and Schools. After seeing this older gentleman interact with customers and me at that matter I wouldn’t recommend Anderson Lock and Safe!!!!
I was unable to open my Liberty Freedom Safe and called this location for guidance and I spoke with John and he suggested I replace my Amazon battery for a Duracell. After going to the store and back, instantly the safe opened with the Duracell, not the "new" Amazon brand battery. I've had this safe for 15 years and still works great. Thanks for your outstanding customer service, John. If I need anything Safe related I know where I'll be going first.
