What customers say
Customers describe friendly, knowledgeable staff. Richard is singled out for getting into a difficult-to-access truck in cold weather, while a separate complaint concerns a replacement truck key that broke after three weeks and two follow-up calls that were not returned.

Thumper
Needed high security keys made that couldn't be made at the local hardware store. Great price and quick service.

Absolutely amazing folks over at ACI Locksmith.
Even in eighteen degree weather - with tint that's almost impossible to see through, and a truck that's tough to get into - Richard came out and got me in to grab the keys in 20 minutes. Friendly gentleman, and clearly knows what he's doing!
Thank you very much - 10/10
Sandraella Call
A very trusted local locksmith that we trust with all of our security needs! They made our barrel keys for live lottery machines. Changed our locks on doors and safe. The most kind staff & very hospitable. Love to visit and see all the key options available. Conveniently located to St Albans and Cross Lanes. Located on main roadway. Be careful to not pass up!

My grandson needed a key replacement for his truck. They came down and made him a new one charged me $241. Three weeks later it was broken. Tried to call them twice. Never did return my call or acknowledge anything so I would highly not recommend them. Because they left us Hanging out to dry
