Do I need to identify my house or office key before using the kiosk?
No. The machine identifies the key and determines whether it can be duplicated.
Can the kiosk copy restricted keys?
Keys marked “Do Not Duplicate” cannot be copied. The machine is only for keys the customer is authorized to duplicate.
What happens if a copied key does not work?
Customers whose key does not work, or who are unhappy with the purchase, can request a refund through the customer service form within 30 days of purchase.
How do smart car-key orders work?
The kiosk scans and cuts the valet key before the smart key is shipped. When ordering, customers can choose expert programming or follow instructions to program it themselves.
