Not only was Bill there extremely quickly, he went above and beyond to get himself onto the installation despite tons of roadblocks and crabby security people in order to help me. When he did finally get in, he got my car door open quickly and with no damage. I could not recommend Bill more for any lock out issue you may have!
When locked myself out of my house during a rainstorm, Bill drove 25 minutes outside of town to help me get back in. Not only did he successfully get past a super-tricky, decades-old door lock and charge me a perfectly reasonable for his service, he was also wonderfully genial and a pleasure to talk to throughout. Bill clearly knows what he's doing. He arrived and had my door unlocked within 20 minutes of receiving my call, even though it was late on a Sunday night. He even cleaned all the dirt out of my lock and it's working better than ever. He charges a very fair price and is a true honest tradesman.
