Super easy to use! Voice commands walk you thru the entire process. Plenty of designs to choose from. Fairly quick, it took about 10 minutes to cut 6 keys.

Great! to have home keys that will fit in the lock. I've been to other kiosks to make keys but got frustrated when they didn't work. Every key I've had made here, works. Money well spent.
Minute Key is excellent!!! It is so easy to walk up to the machine, insert my key, follow the prompts on the screen and get as many keys made as i need. I even get to choose special keys if I want. I have had to get over 20 keys made total over the past year and every one of them worked perfectly. I only use Minute Key because it saves me time in not looking for someone to cut the key and having to bring the one back that didn't work :-(
I just bought a new home and needed three new keys. I was able to get three attractive keys at a good price very quickly. I was disappointed that the machine only accepted Visa or Discover cards.
