I called The Flying Locksmiths to replace a keyed lock with a thumb turn mechanism in my new preschool. 24 hours later, they were here and got the job done quickly. The entire process was smooth. Michelle answered my inquiry quickly and had a tech in touch with me within 15 minutes. They beat most businesses’ (small and large) prices. I will definitely use them again.
Great service for reasonable price. Called on Wednesday afternoon, technician came out first thing Thursday morning (when I was told they would arrive). Technician Justin was knowledgeable and had our doors fixed in under 30 minutes.
We had a new camera system installed in our two-building campus, and the process could not have been easier for us. Clay (and James and Justin) listened to what our needs would be, after which they configured an efficient and user-friendly system at a very reasonable price for us. Then James, Justin and Eric came on a Monday morning, did their work amidst us all (and somehow not in our way!), worked Tuesday and Wednesday, completing the installation on schedule and leaving our premises clean and looking as if they had never been here. They even made some further suggestions to enhance use of our system, which we liked and agreed to have done, and that work was completed by the next Wednesday, completely to our satisfaction. We will definitely work with them all again for our other businesses and our homes as well. Thanks for the great work, guys!
