There is a review here saying we are no longer in business or it doesn’t exist and this is false information. Our address is a paper office only as we only offer a mobile service at this time!!! Please give us a call and we can meet you and get you taken care of!!! Thank you for choosing us for your locksmith needs!!!!!

I’ve called this guy for lockout since the first time I used his service. Very fairly priced. Professional and courteous and he shows up when he says he will. I called today for a lock out and even though I popped it before he arrived(I kept going because I saw a different way) he still had a great attitude and maintained his professionalism. The owner answers the phone, not a call center. Locally owned and operated always wins in my book. Thanks lock doctor.

Super friendly professionals, fair prices, and expert service. The locksmith arrived in just about twenty minutes and got the job done (one regular lock and one deadbolt) in less than 10 minutes.
I'm so glad this went down so quickly and at such affordable rates. Thank you so much!
I highly recommend The Lock Doc if you ever locked yourself out of your home (they do cars and other stuff, too, though).

Josh came out same day - in the crazy cold - by Chattanooga standards anyway ;) and was able to help me get my Jeep back! I lost my key in the Christmas frenzy and was quoted insane prices by the dealer. The price was great, got an extra key this time and basically got 2 keys for less than it would have cost for 1. Very professional, very fair price and great customer service. While I hope I don't need him again for my Jeep, will definitely use them for any other lock work in the future.
