Tango is a very polite person and very professional, whom took the time to care of my issue of unlocking my vehicle. He did not damage my vehicle as he unlock my pick up truck. And at the same time had all his tools to make me another key for my vehicle. So this incident won't happen again and I would be more prepared next time. Thank you tango. Jake did a fantastic job with making me a new key for my 2005 BMW 330 xi. He made two sets of key in efficient timely manner and went out of his way to help me during this cold winter. I lost my only key last week and now I have two new keys. I cannot thank him enough! Highly recommend Jake if you ever get in the same situation I did.
I was referred here by George’s Garage for their excellent business relationship after I lost the only key to my car. The service was auick! Within two hours I had a new key. The technician they sent was knowledgable, friendly and the price was affordable! Would absolutely use in the future.
I highly recommend Ben's Lock and Key. I needed to re-key and replace the doorknobs and deadbolts on all of our exterior doors. I called Ben's Lock and Key and their technician, Moe, came out the next morning to assess the job. Moe could not have been more accommodating. He quickly determined what needed to be installed and was able to re-key all of the new and old hardware so that only a single key was needed for all of the locks. The new hardware looks great and Moe did a fantastic job with the installation and re-keying. The final cost was fair and competitive. All in all it was a great experience using Ben's Lock and Key; top notch service and nice people.
Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben's Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars.
