Reviews

What customers say

Customers describe the key-copy process as easy, though results have varied: one person said house keys worked but mailbox keys did not, while another reported that a repeat copy of a double-sided key failed and support quickly refunded the full amount. One customer reported that a car-lockout technician arrived three days after a 15-minute estimate and left the issue unresolved; another said no price was given by phone before the quoted charge was lowered.

Do it yourself kiosk in the store. Was told but 2 get 3rd free. $14 dollars for 3 keys with no person there is a bit much

Dan Sheffield

Easy to use . One key worked fine. The other key has to be jiggled and moved around to get it to work .

Shannon Glasgow

Bought 3 key copies for less than the price of 2 at a competitor's.

Lisa Cash

Mr. Hunter was excellent. He did everything he said he could do and their prices are really affordable

Mike Clements

Double-sided key copied correctly. Machine was easy to use and mail delivery of new key was on time. EDIT: second attempt using one of these machines to copy the same double sided key was not as favorable (I.e., it didn’t copy correctly), BUT, support was great and refunded my money in full very quickly. I’ve downgraded my initial rating from 5 to 4 stars due to the inconsistency in the machine performance.

Donna Jackson

The process was easy - I had house keys made that worked out perfectly. However, my mailbox keys did not work.

Chrystal Price

I’m very happy with the quick, easy and convenient way to make my door key. I was very impressed to know that KeyMe make car keys too at discount prices.

Jeromy Kawecki

Got locked out of my car, wasn’t given a price over the phone, then wanted to charge $250 for lockout service. Price was lowered after explaining I could replace a side window for less than that. Still charged me $180. Honestly shouldn’t have agreed to that either but he did get the door open. Hence the 2 stars. I wasn’t aware of what it should cost but after the service, I did some research online and determined a simple lockout like mine should hover around $50.

Easy process, great quality, would like to see a printed paper statement vs a text. Many users use these kiosks for rentals and they need a printed paper statement. But will definitely use again ty

That company is really awful one. Firstly,They don’t , come on time ( i called then Saturday on 8 am, they said they will be at my address in 15 minutes, but they came 3 days later , can you imagine ?) Secondly, the technician came and just looked at my car, and said INTERESTING, he didn’t solve the issue AT ALL) and charged me 30$, I don’t recommend anyone to work with this company. They even didn’t tell me that we have a “service” fee.
