This machine is junk, should have never been built, what a waste. I literally asked an employee to make me a key and he told me to go to this, never had success ever, whatever I'll try anyway. WRONG! Failure again! Went back and asked him to make me a key for real this time. I'm done messing around, kid tells me he doesn't know how. I tell him watch I'll teach you. Go to Lowes key cutter and I punch in the code and follow the instructions. Kid seemed like he had just seen a ghost. The key machine minute key cutter is a SCAM just hop on Lowes machine and cut one yourself

to my surprise the key copies worked perfectly. I hope they continue to reproduce copies of keys as good as now. Thank you
