Spent all day trying to find a locksmith that was open or had a technician on site with no luck. Finally found Chicago locksmiths and they were able to help right away. Should have came here first, highly recommend.

I never write reviews but cannot recommend this place enough. I ended up accidentally going to a kiosk previously that charged triple the price and they didn’t work. This took all of one minute, guy at front desk was great. I got 6 keys for $23.

I can’t remember the last time I was this happy with a company - I had a fantastic experience with Chicago Locksmiths. They were incredibly responsive and able to send someone out the same day to help install an electronic lock.Aedan went above and beyond, offering thoughtful recommendations and helping me choose a better electronic lock than the one I originally planned. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice throughout the process.Because the experience was so positive, I later visited their Diversey location for key copies (thrilled to support a local business instead of Home Depot) and Xavier was just as great - friendly, quick, and with excellent customer service.One of my new favorite local Chicago businesses. I’ll definitely be back and recommending them to others.
