Doug is a fantastic guy and a real life saver. He helped us get into the damaged safe of a loved one who passed away. He alleviated the stress and turmoil of a grieving family. We are forever grateful. Highly recommended. Extremely professional and reliable.

Holy smokes, he saved me in a time of desperation!
I had locked my passport in my safe, and the handle seemingly broke internally when I turned it and was just free-floating, not gripping the mechanism to open the bolts (just spun around on nothing). I also wasn't sure if the digital combinations lock was having issues. Trip abroad was in just a few days. Emergency, right?
Nope! I called him and explained the situation, and he gave me a few different suggestions to try, asked questions about the make and model, even asked for pictures via email. He even called me back to check in on progress!
Eventually through his suggestions, I was able to repair the handle AND open the safe myself! And he didn't even charge me anything for all the helpful advice! HOLY dang!

20/10, would highly recommend. Will be going to him again in the future if I have similar lock-related issues, for sure!
