Kiosk was easy to use & keys worked. Still wished keys could have been done in store. Was not comfortable having keys sent to the house that they opened & delivered to a porch when no one was home for several days. Delivery with DSL took 5 days. Easy service otherwise.
The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. He informed that after the call ended, I would be getting a text message regarding the person who was coming to help me get into my car (I had locked myself out) and an ETA. He said I would not wait less than an hour, but it should be less. Well, after almost 20 minutes of messages that said it would update me in another 5 minutes, I received a text saying that no one was available to help me. My phone was nearly dead and fortunately I was able to find another locksmith to help me before my phone died completely, but it was very frustrating to have wasted all that time waiting. They need to find a better option for knowing whether or not they will be able to help a customer instead of leaving them waiting on a service they cannot fulfill.
