These guys are THE BEST!!! My key fob was not working even after I put in new batteries. They explained that despite having a “good date” on the battery package, sometimes batteries that sit around can lose some of their charge. They didn’t try to up charge me or sell me on something else. They simply replaced my battery for $5! I was so impressed with their business ethics! I returned the next week to have a second key fob looked at. He simply made sure that the key was cut right, and also replace the battery. He even replaced some of the button covers that had the printed symbol worn off. He did all this work for the cost of another battery!! So now, for a total of $10, I have two working key fobs for my car! I couldn’t be happier, and I urge everyone to use this business!

I own a 2011 BMW 335i Hardtop Convertible and needed a new key fob made, not realizing how hard this process was going to become. I must say Irmo Lock Company was able to help answer all my questions and able to make me a brand new CAS Key Fob for my car. Everyone from Mindy who provided information on phone to guys in shop who made my key very polite, professional and knowledgeable, would highly Recommend to anyone for their lock needs. I would and will use again for any Key Fob or lock related issues.
