Zigdon's Locksmith

I had three copies of a key made, but unfortunately none of them worked, and two would not even go into the lock. To be fair, I was originally told me to come back if there were any issues, which I appreciated and is why I don’t feel this is a one-star experience. However, when I returned to get the issue fixed, the business was locked and nobody answered the door (sign said “open” on window). When I called, I was told to wait OUTSIDE until the owner called me back… I never received a callback. I chose to do business with a real person instead of using a kiosk because I expected better service and support. Mistakes happen — the lack of communication afterward is what made this frustrating.

I had the absolute best customer service experience!!!!! I purchased a used car and my push to start keys would not work. I was quoted 260 originally… yet the manager took the time and FaceTime me this morning and showed me how to start the car without push to start. Times are hard and he saved me near 300 dollars. I am so thankful. Best service ever!!!!!!

Zigdón Locksmith on Decker Road did an outstanding job. I bent my key by accident and needed it fixed and copied, and they handled it in no time. Fast, professional, and hardworking people who truly care about their customers. I really appreciate how quickly they helped me out. I’ll definitely use them again for all my lock and key needs.
