George was amazing and highly talented. I called a different locksmith previously and he wasn’t able to get my key out, however George was able to help me out and fix all the problems in 30 mins. Highly recommend
I had three copies of a key made, but unfortunately none of them worked, and two would not even go into the lock. To be fair, I was originally told me to come back if there were any issues, which I appreciated and is why I don’t feel this is a one-star experience.However, when I returned to get the issue fixed, the business was locked and nobody answered the door (sign said “open” on window). When I called, I was told to wait OUTSIDE until the owner called me back…I never received a callback. I chose to do business with a real person instead of using a kiosk because I expected better service and support. Mistakes happen — the lack of communication afterward is what made this frustrating.
I had the absolute best customer service experience!!!!! I purchased a used car and my push to start keys would not work. I was quoted 260 originally… yet the manager took the time and FaceTime me this morning and showed me how to start the car without push to start. Times are hard and he saved me near 300 dollars. I am so thankful. Best service ever!!!!!!

Had the best locksmith in Columbia South Carolina his name Is George SUPPPPEERR sweet guy came out after calling 3 other locksmith’s and got the job done in under 30 minutes and also threw in an extra key for me definitely top tier in my book and would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed to !!! Wouldn’t choose any other guy and let’s not forget to mention he’s super affordable the cheapest most officiant option !
