I drove 15 minutes during your posted business hours, only to find out you were not available and was told to go to Home Depot instead. I understand businesses get busy, but it was frustrating to make the trip and not receive the service advertised. Please make sure business hours are accurate or let customers know ahead of time.

Outstanding service - very courteous and timely. It was less than 15 minutes from the time I called to when the gentleman arrived. I had waited over an hour for AAA to find someone who could come and ended up cancelling their service request. Also called another company in Columbus and they would never answer the phone.

Had tech come out and replace a key fob. 2 months later had issues with key not working. I was told it had a 3 month warranty and i set up an appointment. Technician called and said it was only a 30 day warranty. I explained what the previous rep told me and still wouldn't honor it. Only reason for 2 star is when the key fob was programed the 1st time they came quickly. There are other locksmiths cheaper around Columbus and have better warranty.

I'm very disappointed in this company . I got a key made in August 2024. I paid over $200 for this key for it not to work any longer. I called to inform them I had key made less then 6months for Danny to tell me they only have a 30 day warranty. He explained that he would give me a new quote for a key. Why would I do business with a company where they can only guarantee 30. I went with this company for the 4.7stars but I was wrong. I would never use them or refer them to anyone.
