Absolutely the best experience! Called for a non-emergency appointment to get a new coded key fob for my Dodge, and Shai got me in the next day. In the time he texted me he had arrived to when I walked out to greet him -- door was open and he had a new key in hand. He even had the booster on the battery as I requested! Probably saved me over 300+ dollars on going through a dealership. Thanks for the great service, Shai!

Technician was there, even though I was late for my appointment. Excellent attention to detail. Kept me informed throughout the process. A half hour later, I had two working keys and fobs. Less than half the dealership price. I highly recommend their services.
