I must say great service and great price. I was nearly scammed by another locksmith. Thankfully these guys were great. Great communication from the office to keep me posted as to when tech would be coming. And the tech who came was fast and did everything perfectly. Highly reccomend this locksmith.
I greatly appreciated the customer service I received. When I called it took them no more than 20 minutes to get to my house. My key broke off in my door and not only did they remove the broken key but they made me a new one all in less than 30 minutes.
I can't thank the folks at Slim Jim enough. I called in frustration because the tip of my key broke off in the ignition of my 1990 Toyota. I was worried that I would have to take it to the mechanic, which would have cost me a lot more. The person who took my call was very kind and receptive. I truly appreciated his patience given that I was in a panic because I had to go to work in 2 hours. Within 20 mins, Brandon arrived and was very helpful. He struggled getting the piece out of the ignition, but was able to snag it. He lubricated the ignition just so the key could go in easier. It would save me trouble in the future. He also made me two copies of the keys and was sweet enough to give me the cheapest and most reasonable price. Thank you so much for all of your help today.
