My family has been using Richard’s Locksmith exclusively since we moved here in 1996, and they’ve earned our trust every step of the way. They’ve been in business for decades (since 1969), and we’ve relied on them for a wide range of services: standard locks, specialized locks and keys, safe purchase and installation, community mailbox replacement and keys, and routine service calls. Their safe installation was especially impressive — it required drilling, yet they didn’t crack a single tile or leave any mess behind. More recently, Technician Mike came out to help with a safe battery issue (my oversight), and he went above and beyond by showing me exactly how to replace the cover and battery. He even waited while I wrote the steps down so I wouldn’t forget. Will you pay a little more? Possibly. But in my experience, quality, reliability, and professionalism are worth it. They show up on time, take care of their customers, and I’ve had zero problems with anything I’ve purchased from them — whether hardware or installation. Highly recommended.
After the dealer ruined my blank claiming key hardness as an excuse but not admitting to improper positioning of said blank, I had another blank properly cut by these folks that worked without issues.

Great Locksmith for sure. Super friendly people and timely service. I went in to have my safe broken into cause the keypad broke. They took care of it immediately. I plan on using them for a couple other small things we need.
