I am outside Philadelphia, PA, and had a real estate transaction in Corpus Christi. I had my rep on-site, but the lock was broken. I called Corpus Christi Safe & Lock Co., and they had someone on-site to replace the lock, and we were in the building within an hour. I would highly recommend their services. They were very friendly to speak with as well. 5 Stars!
Arlan was awesome! I could not recommend them more. At the end of the day we broke a key in our main entrance lock. He was there in 20 minutes and fixed a problem we were afraid was going to cost us thousands of dollars. Not just the lock that we messed up, but realigned some closers and rods so the door could be closed and locked properly without excessive force. We have struggled with this since the doors were installed. He did all of this in under 45 minutes. This is Service Excellence at its best

I've been dealing with CC Safe and Lock for years now.. Today they did an excellent job of making me a new key out for the 2 pieces of my broken one.Highly recommended!
