Best fast friendly service Jordan is good worker and Highly recommend him had experience he knew exactly what was wrong, knew how to fix it and everything, so I highly recommend this people and I will be using them again
Went to get a malfunctioning rear door unlocked on my car. Staff was able to locate a disconnected lock cable. Due to the possibility of damaging the door no further action was taken. I was allowed to remove the panel at my own risk and the cable was reconnected allowing me to open the door. I was told there was no charge for their time and work. This kind of service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend using them for all your locksmith needs. Also have had numerous keys cut by them and never had one that didn't work.
Was very happy with Jordan’s service today! He went above and beyond to help me get my keys paired and car started, will definitely be calling again for any locksmith needs!
I originally called Discount Locksmith for my 2005 Ford Explorer because the key would not turn after the steering wheel locked while parked. The technician removed the key cylinder and got me a new one, but the key still would not turn. I was told the issue was likely the ignition switch deeper inside the column, and that at the time of my service they were not able to repair that component. I was charged $230 and the original problem was not fully resolved.Afterward, I removed the ignition switch myself and found that it was broken. Based on that experience alone, I initially left a 1-star review. After the review was posted, management contacted me directly to address the situation. They offered a 50% refund, which I felt was fair since they did come out and spend time working on the vehicle and had given me a new key cylinder. They also reimbursed me for the cost of the ignition switch I had already purchased. They did not ask me to remove or change my review. While the original repair did not fully resolve the issue, I genuinely appreciate that they followed up. It’s not common for a company to go to the level of effort that they did to make things right. Based on how they handled it, I would consider using them again in the future. For that reason, I’ve updated my rating to reflect the full experience.
After my dog destroyed my key fob, I called the dealership who said it would be about $500 plus needed to make an appointment to get it replaced. I called Discount Locksmith and Jason was the best!! He got it done in about 5 mins at almost 1/5 the cost, so I bought two! I highly recommend this place.
