Stat Locksmith is fantastic. A real person answers the phone. They were able to schedule an appt. for one of their locksmith's to come to our home within 24 hours of my call.Dee, the locksmith who repaired our lock, was very experienced, knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. He was able to repair, rather than replace, the lock on our kitchen's double door. Our house was built I the 1980s, and it would have been very expensive to replace the lock set, possibly very difficult to find the same lock set. Highly recommend. Thank you Dee and Stat Locksmith.
Excellent service, despite us calling same day to get our locks switched out! Shoutout to D who navigated a bit of a tricky mounting that our door had but successfully installed our locks. We have peace of mind knowing the locks are new!
Mike from stat is the best. Changed all my locks at my house to Baldwin locks and made sure that all my locks are under the same key. And he had to align all my doors. Highly recommend. Super nice guy, polite and pleasant to work with.
Disgraceful company. Made an appointment about a week ago, ahead of time, and they never showed up. We had family members travel from over a hour away for a no-call, no-show. Typical terrible service that you come to expect nowadays, sad.DO NOT USE unless you want to get stood up.They even had us text to confirm day and address, then tried to lie and blame shift. If you were transparent and said you weren’t open on Saturdays, we obviously would’ve called a different company.
