Recent feedback is mixed. Some customers note the kiosk’s ability to produce working copies when other methods failed. Others report issues with third-party technician dispatch, including concerns about workmanship and pricing clarity. Responsiveness from the call center has been mentioned, including refunds for problems, but not all concerns were fully resolved.
Avoid. Terrible experience. Freelance locksmith sent out, stained my porch and driveway with WD40. And left trash. Overcharged me and wasn't able to fix the lock issue. Call center refunded me but refused to compensate me for the oil stains the tech left.

I had a key broken where the actual key portion meets the paddle used to turn the key. The key was split approximately 80% of the way down.Four locksmiths I contacted refused to fix the key, insisting upon re-keying my door. Two locksmiths attempted to copy using a template copying machine, both of which failed to work.I saw this kiosk and guess that it uses pictures to measure the coding on the key. I decided to take the risk and purchase one key.The key worked perfectly smooth and better than the original! I placed an order for five more keys to distribute to myself and my family. Additionally, it was cheaper than the locksmiths!
