Bettendorf N&S Lock Inc.

Ex worked here years ago, so I’m aware of how shady the owner is. The N and S are for the kids he hopes will take over his business one day. Called today to have a key made for my 2015 Fusion. $190 plus tax for just a key, $240 plus for the whole fob. I called J&J Access and was quoted $130 for new fob with flip-out key. When I brought the actual key in (blade is broken off from fob), they determined they could simply replace the shell for $85. So, my needs were met by another locksmith for less than half the price N&S was charging. Like my ex said, this place is for people who have money to literally waste. I’m not one of those people.

Lost both key fobs to a Lexus ES350. Was told by Lexus it would have to be towed there and also provided a very expensive price quote. Bettendorf Locks saved the day! Fast, friendly, reliable and the price was great! 2 keys cut and fobs programmed without issue. Would highly recommend!

Highly Recommend! The folks at Bettendorf - N&S - Lock have been assisting me for years with all types of professional lock and key services! Two houses re-keyed, multiple vehicles, specialty locks and many other forms of top quality help! Can't say enough good things!

After hearing no all day from places I would normally get a key cut from because I had a key blank of my own, this place not only took care of me, but Steve made me laugh multiple times while doing it. Excellent customer service. I really recommend them.

They are amazing and very helpful! Lisa was so nice and really came in clutch for me! I needed a new key fob. I ordered through thm on a holiday weekend at tht! With so much to do I really didn’t want to miss my sons first football game not to mention my twins had and appt out of town the next day, but Lisa fit me in the schedule right away so now I dnt have to rent a car! I couldn’t thank her enough! Absolutely awesome sweet people! 10/10 would use them again!
