I was locked out of my home in blizzard like weather and all of the emergency locksmiths were closed. I was crying in my car because my animals would be without food for the night . Derek answered quickly and assured me he would be able to come help. He arrived very quickly and got into my house in no time, He was incredibly friendly and professional. Not to mention a VERY reasonable price to come after hours. I could not be more thankful for his services and would recommend him to everyone. You will not be disappointed! Thanks a million Derek!

I dropped off my car in the morning and I was able to call Petersen in between my two jobs to pick up my car withe the extra set of keys with a fob. The gentleman (Derek) that answered the phone was very courteous and he told me the proper way to get access to my vehicle. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

I had my electronic key fobs stolen. I sent Derek a message and within 5 mins he responded with a solution. I was thinking I was gonna be paying close to a grand to get the car towed to a dealership and for them to rekey all my doors and order two new replacement fobs. Derek was able to come to my apartment and do the job on site for a fraction of what I thought I would have to pay. Highly Recommend
