I also received a few free gifts with the purchase of the safe. Delivery timeline was extremely reasonable (within 5 working days) and the installers showed up at the designated appointment time. The safe arrived with no damage, not even a scratch . The installers were professional and placement of the safe was completed without any damage to the house and cleaned up all packing materials and reinstalled a door that had to be removed.
