I had some issues with the unlock functionality on my key fob. I called Vandalia Key (at 7:00pm appx) and they were super helpful. I worked with B.K he was nice and provided speedy service. He programed me a new key fob a few weeks ago and it functions well, I have had no issues since.Would go back(if needed), and would recommend.
WARNING: We had multiple issues with this company and the subcontractor they sent to our house, including but not limited to an incorrect door being drilled for a deadbolt. To his credit he did go out of his way to make the problem right and got the door replaced. Very classy move.That being said this whole process was a huge headache for 2 weeks. Contractors are hired out to make issues go away not create more. Knowing what we know now we would have just bought the tools required and done it ourself.P.S. The pricing for the work was outrageous. I understand this was not the call of the sub but jeez for the price we paid we should have experienced NO ISSUES.
